TEAM


 

The e-THEMIS Teams

 

 

Using a methodology adapted to SME/SMI projects, the e-THEMIS teams are organised in such a way that they can be deployed in Project Groups, combining under a Project Manager the essential skills for the implementation of all aspects of the Project in line with best practice. 

 

The Project Manager is guarantor for commitments regarding deadlines and planning control. In order to meet them, he coordinates the tasks of the various contributors and carries out periodic monitoring of the progress of the project.
The Consultant implements the applications set out within the framework of the requirements specification. He is responsible for the consistency of the applications whilst respecting the norms and standards set out by the project manager.
The Systems Analyst develops the complementary applications, which may or may not be integrated into the functions of the software package.

 

The e-THEMIS teams are therefore in a position to drive and to implement projects respecting the client’s deadlines and constraints.

M.E.S. (Manufacturing Execution System) is a term covering a collection of functions that bring specific benefits focused on production operations, the core of industrial businesses. 

An M.E.S. system provides the necessary information to optimise production systems, from the launch of the manufacturing order to the finished product.
